What are your normal business hours and how can I contact you?

Our normal business hours are Monday through Friday, from 9:00 am - 5:00 pm. and closed on Saturday, Sunday, and holidays. We are able to be contacted via email, divassweetpies@gmail.com or via the 'Contact Us' page.

What should I know before I purchase?

We communicate primarily through email. Please be sure to check your email for any updates on your order. Do not forget to check your junk box for emails from us. All sales are final and non-refundable (please see our refund policy for more information). Please make sure your contact information is correct when placing an order.

What is your refund Policy?

Please note that due to the nature of the products, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. No refunds will be permitted after processing.

What are your Order Processing policies and procedures?

 All orders are processed and made available for pick up during our normal business hours only. Processing time can take anywhere from 3-5 business days. Once the order has been made available for pick up, you will have 24-48 hours to pick your order up at the designated pick up area. Due to the nature of our products, your order must be picked up within 48 hours of it being made 'Available for Pickup'. If your order has not been picked up with 48 hours, your order will be disposed without a refund and/or store credit. 

What should I know before I purchase a digital gift card?

With the purchase of a digital gift card you will receive a code to use. Please be sure to keep that code, we will NOT provide a new one.  

What are your terms of Payment?

Terms of payment are always 100% upfront. We accept all major credit cards and PayPal. As soon as you place an order online your credit/debit card will be charged. Please review your order, items and shipping information carefully before submitting your order.  Once submitted, your order and payment will be processed and cannot be changed for any reason without canceling your order. If your order is canceled, your bank will typically hold the authorized funds for 3 and 5 business days (please contact your bank for an accurate time frame). Unfortunately, this is out of our control so please be sure your order information is accurate.

Credit card fraud and theft of our merchandise will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. If your information is deemed ‘unverifiable’ your order will be placed on hold and you will be required to fill out a credit card authorization form and send supporting documentation before your shipment is released. Documentation approval and order release usually takes 24-48 hours, depending on the time the documents are received. If this is necessary, a representative will contact you promptly. It is important you provide the correct phone number while placing your order.

Does the company ever have 'down-time' and for how long? if so, how are customers alerted? what are your procedures with the orders?

Yes. Diva's Sweet Potatoe Pies and Delights is ran by one woman with the help of a family and friends. We will have 'down time' or what is better known as 'self-care time.' This period could last anywhere from 24 business hours to one (1) business week. Announcements about our down period are made via email, social media outlets, and a banner on the homepage of our site. During this period we will NOT take orders, answer emails or conduct any business. The site will be locked with the date for our re-opening. All orders placed before this period will be processed and either shipped or made available for pick up promptly, the same is for orders in the processing stage.
